Wendy Jerman is excited to bring more than 25 years of real estate experience to the Lake McConaughy area. Licensed in both Nebraska and Colorado, she has helped buyers and sellers navigate real estate transactions since 2001. Wendy holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designations and is also a certified Home Staging Expert.

In 2015, Wendy founded Town Square Realty in Sterling, Colorado. Now, through Lakeside by Town Square Realty, she is combining her extensive real estate background with her enthusiasm for the Lake McConaughy community.

Wendy and her husband, John, recently purchased a vacation home in the Albee’s area and quickly fell in love with the lake, the outdoor lifestyle, and the welcoming community. As experienced property renovators, they have developed an eye for seeing a property’s potential and recognizing concerns that might otherwise be overlooked. Wendy uses that practical knowledge to help her clients make informed decisions and enjoy smoother transactions.

When Wendy isn’t working with buyers and sellers, she enjoys walking, bicycling, boating, camping, and spending time outdoors. You may also spot Wendy and John around the lake with their two boxers, Rocky & Ruby—if you do, please stop and say hello!

I have been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2015 and am licensed in both Colorado and Nebraska. Before beginning my real estate career, I worked for the County Assessor’s Office, where I gained valuable experience transferring deeds, interpreting legal descriptions, and assisting property owners with real estate tax questions. I have since earned my GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations, as well as my Employing Broker license.

Lake McConaughy has been part of my family’s story for years. From long weekends on the water to unforgettable sunsets, the lake has become one of our favorite places to spend time together. That personal connection inspired me to create The Lakeside Collection is a specialized extension of Town Square Realty focused on the homes, lots, and lifestyle surrounding Lake McConaughy and Western Nebraska.
